This policy applies to paid Udhyog subscriptions and add-ons purchased for business use through official payment and billing flows.
2. Plan activation and access
Access to paid features starts after successful payment confirmation. Activation time may vary based on entitlement processing.
3. Cancellation by customer
You can request cancellation through official support channels. Cancellation applies from the confirmed billing cut-off as per your plan cycle.
4. Effect of cancellation
After cancellation, paid entitlements may remain active until the current billing period ends unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Refund eligibility
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or technical non-availability proven by service records.
6. Non-refundable scenarios
Refunds may not be provided for change of mind, partial usage, delayed requests beyond policy windows, or issues outside Udhyog service scope.
7. Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment source. Final settlement timelines depend on payment partner and banking network processing.
